Bonna-Agela has developed several Claricep Spherical columns, including irregular Silica,high efficiency spherical silica series, bonded phase series and alumina series.

  • Claricep Irregular Silica (CS)

    The packing is ultra pure grade silica (specially washed with acid and DI water; narrow particle size and water content control).

  • Claricep Irregular Deactivated Silica (CM)

    Bonna-Agela Technologies have developed a technology that can specifically deactivate silica surface. Our columns show significantly improved performance and much less undesirable silica surface activities than the regular flash columns.

  • Claricep Spherical C18

    The media is chemically bonded with nonpolar alky chains such C4, C8 or C18 groups. The term reversed-phase describes the separation mode that just the opposite of the normal phase chromatography. In reversed-phase mode, non-polar or hydrophobic compounds are strongly retained, and polar samples are weakly retained, moving faster through the packing bed. The use of reversed-phase media for purification is becoming more popular because of its high reproducibility and broad applicability. A blend of water and miscible polar organic solvents such as acetonitrile or methanol is used as mobile phase to ensure the proper interaction of analytes with the non-polar alky packing surface. C18 or octadecyl silane (ODS) is the most popular type of reversed-phase packing. It applies to the separation of many compounds.

  • Claricep Spherical AQ C18

    Following the success of Bonna-Agela's Unisol C18 HPLC columns, we now introduce a hydrophilic reversed phase C18 for the flash chromatography applications, which offers unprecedented separation performance for compounds of a wide range of properties from hydrophilic to hydrophobic: polar, semi-polar and non-polar compounds.

  • Claricep Spherical HILIC

    We are now introducing HILIC phases for flash chromatography applications. Bonna-Agela's HILIC columns are compatible with polar and aqueous solvents, such as methanol, acetonitrile and water, which allow much easier solvent handling than conventional normal phase separations. It becomes possible to separate and elute polar compounds that are strongly retained in the regular normal-phase mode or weakly retained in the reversed-phase mode. Moreover, these HILIC packed columns can be reused.

  • Claricep Spherical NH2

    Amino-silica is a chemically bonded media with propylamino functional groups. It retains hydrogen bonding compounds. Its chromatographic performance is not much reproducible retention and selectivity with longer column lifetime. It has been wildly used to separate sugars, alcohols and many other hydrogen bonding compounds.

  • Claricep Spherical Phenyl

    Claricep Spherical Phenyl has exceptional separation performance for aromatic compounds, polar compounds and drug. Has different selectivity from bonded phase C18, C8 and CN.

  • Claricep Spherical C8

    Reversed packing bonded with C8 non-polar alkyl functional group, this mode is an opposition to normal phase. Non-polar or hydrophobic compounds has strong retention, not as well as polar compounds. Due to good reproducibility and wide application range, reversed phase is more and more used as a purification separation technology.

  • Claricep Spherical CN

    High purity silica substrate bonded with cyan group; polar between silica and C18, can be used for normal phase and reversed phase separation mode.

  • Claricep Spherical Diol

    Based on high purity silica as substrate, surface bonded with dihydroxypropane, as hydrophily of DIOL is weaker than silanol groups, DIOL has higher selectivity. Can be widely used for the analysis of polar natural products, herbicide and metabolite, sugar and lipids.

  • Claricep Alumina Neutral

    Medium alumina (PH=7~7.5), suitable for separation of acid compounds or compounds unstable with alkali.

  • Claricep Alumina Basic

    Alkaline aluminum oxide (PH=7~7.5), suitable for neutral or alkaline compounds, such as, Polycyclic hydrocarbon, bio- alkaline, amine, fat-soluble vitamins and aldehyde ketone.
